Phased Re-Opening

Your health and wellness are our priority at Innovation Cheer & Tumbling. Therefore, in the wake of COVID-19, Innovation Cheer is implementing a phased re-opening for RECREATIONAL CLASSES and SKILL SESSIONS. The following re-opening phases describe how our business implements safety and precaution measures during Phase #1.

PHASE #1

• Limit of 25 individuals (participants & staff only) in facility at one time
• Classes limited to 10 participants
• Skill camp sessions limited to 15 participants Participants will be spread out 6 feet apart & follow social distancing guidelines. Only one participant at a time on equipment (air track, mats, tumble track) Classes & skill sessions will have staggered start times to ensure cleaning time
• Cleaning of all equipment done between every class and skill session and full cleaning done at end of day Participants will check in with a staff member outside of the facility and enter through one bay door
• ABSOLUTELY NO SPOTTING DURING PHASE 1
• ABSOLUTELY NO STUNTING DURING PHASE 1
• Virtual options available for classes and skill sessions 

PHASE #2 - Normal Business Operations

• Regular business with sanitation standards followed
• Virtual practices used at instructor discretion Spotting of skills allowed but limited per ICT skill progression and teaching model Stunting is allowed
• Continued guidelines for hand washing and hygiene
• Class sizes increase to 15
• Increase to facility capacity
• Full Team practices to start
• Parents and siblings allowed in facility

Safety & Health Guidelines Phase #1

Please read carefully the following guidelines.

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF FACILITY 

• ​Only participants and ICT staff permitted in facility
• Anyone with fever, cough, or other symptoms will be asked to stay home Participants will enter and exit through bay door or front door opened by staff only
• Hands must be washed and sanitized upon entry of facility
• Social Distancing applies while inside the facility and in parking lot area
• Water fountain will not be available
• No extra clothes or large bags permitted in facility
• NO SPOTTING AND NO STUNTING ALLOWED IN PHASE 1
• Full cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces will be done between every class and skill session and at the end of the day
• Bay Doors will be open for extra ventilation ​​

PARTICIPANTS 

• Participants must arrive fully ready and only permitted to bring water bottle, shoes and small drawstring bag into facility
• Participants will check in with a staff member outside and enter facility one at a time 6 feet apart
• Upon entry participants will wash and sanitize hands
• There are individual designated spots clearly marked to place belongings
• No hugging or High Fives allowed. Social Distancing will be practiced while in facility
• Masks are optional for athletes due to the physical activity of cheer and tumbling 

PARENTS

• Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time.
• Parents and siblings are not allowed in the facility
• No public use of bathrooms
• Athletes will check in with a staff member outside and enter facility one at a time
• Athletes must be fully ready
• Cash payments must be in an envelope and handed to staff outside of gym
• Please remain in car while your child is inside.
• Social distancing will be enforced in parking lot area 

CLEANING & SANITATION PROCESS

• Innovation Cheer & Tumbling will follow all CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitation
  
• Deep Cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces and bathrooms will be done at the end of each day
• All Surfaces will be disinfected again at the beginning of each day
  
• All Surfaces including bathrooms wiped down between every class with disinfectant
• Floors vacuumed between every class and at the end of the day
  
• A disinfectant spray rated to defend against coronavirus will be applied to spring and dead floors every 90 days Hand sanitizer will be available at front desk, in both bathrooms and at multiple stations around the facility
